We are a modern marketing agency focusing on the life science industry, and we are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to be a part of our commercial team.

About the position

Working within our largest commercial business unit led by our senior Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager’s role is to be a proactive partner for our clients, driving towards their business goals. The ambition in our commercial team is to be a step ahead of our clients, so we can motivate and inspire them to strengthen their digital communication presence.

The commercial team is the focal point of our product innovation and project delivery. We work close together with our Strategy Team, our Creative team, our visionary Tech Department and in close daily collaboration with our highly competent Client Excellence Managers (account and project management).

Key responsibilities

  • Running the client dialogue on day-to-day basis, supported by the VP of Sales and Senior Account Manager within the business unit.
  • Through close collaboration and communication, understanding the client business goals and identifying business opportunities.
  • Within time, responsible for managing own clients and their budgets.
  • To the extend appropriate, engage new customer relationships.

Skills & experience

It is important that you have a strong flair and interest in communicating views on development potential for our clients. Persistence and a desire to succeed is essential for the right profile. We are looking for a person with following skills:

  • A background within pharmaceutical marketing, strategy, sales or business development
  • High independence and development ambition
  • Strong communication skills (within pharma sales and marketing)
  • Business-oriented mindset and with an interest in developing Anthill
  • Excellent English skills both oral and written
  • A technical and digital interest and curiosity
  • Any other spoken language is an advantage
