Solution Architect

The position

As Solution Architect at Anthill, you will be responsible for coordination and delivery of web application projects, many of them anchored in Drupal CMS that interfaces with often complex system landscapes. You will be responsible for creating technical documentation on the systems we deliver, describing how-to manuals and use-cases, trainings and technical documentation that allows handover to 3rd parties.

In your role as part of the Tech department you will engage with different stakeholders and periodically host webinars and training sessions to help partners successfully implement and anchor projects within their organizations. The role includes overseeing the development process for specific projects related assignments, and consulting with the client as we deliver web projects, training, and support to their users.

Your key responsibilities include:

·        Coordination of software solution specifications and oversight of deliveries to our clients

·        Ownership of project related user story creation and technical refinement with a team of skilled developers

·        Creation of training materials

·        Creation of technical documentation to enable 3rd party handover

·        Hosting training sessions and webinars to enable client stakeholders

·        Support on technical issues together witha multidisciplinary teams 

Your profile

You are an excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders of different levels of the organization. You are experienced in delivering projects and solutions with a technical/software focus and able to work with developers,consultants, and creative staff. You are comfortable with hosting training sessions and webinars, experienced in writing technical documentation and training material.You have a knowledge of different CMS systems and Drupal specifically (Drupal 7/8, Drupal site builder/developer, debugging issues with Drupal).

You should have experience working with Jira, Trello, or similar project and task management tools and are comfortable in working with product and support teams. It would be great if you have experience working with headless/decoupled approaches using JavaScript frameworks, preferably ReactJS or VueJS; running agile development projects and maintenance with bug fixes in Atlassian suite (Jira Confluence); release management and version control in GitLab/bitbucket.
